Friendly staff, good food and coffee. Lines move quickly and the place is spotless. I wish there was a drive thru.

Bottom Line: Your standard Dunkin Donuts experience but no drive-thru. Wow, there sure isn't much love on Yelp for this DD location! I've been here a handful of times and every time I thought it was A-OK. Not bad and not totally amazing. It meets expectations. I've been at various times of the day but have not encountered much of a line, even in the mornings before work. I feel like the employees are friendly and quick to fill orders. The interior is up to date and clean. The donuts aren't the best in Anne Arundel County, but after 12 years in San Diego, I definitely miss DD. Overall, my experiences here have been consistently A-Ok.

How do you write a review for fast food? This Dunkin Donuts is on a high-traffic corner, and the parking lot can be tricky at busy times. The inside is very clean, but the counters are set up awkwardly. It can be tough seeing behind the counters to make selections from the pastry racks, and the pick up window is practically walled off by the condiment counter. The service was very good when we stopped by early in the morning, and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were exactly as expected.

Grandchildren wanted Dunkin Donuts so we went. The clerk that helped us was rude and impatient while we made our selections even though there was only one person behind us and two other staff persons behind the counter. You really can't see the donuts til you are in front of the counter so it makes sense that it takes awhile to select when you are getting a box of donuts. There are many Dunkin Donut stores around. I will try another before returning here.

I love the chain but this location is not one of the best. Hazardous entrance to parking lot. Mostly rude staff. Often less than sanitary lobby. Often strong old coffee and hard stale donuts are common due to a lack of patrons.

America runs on Dunkin! The coffee at this location is way too weak. It is obvious the owners are trying to save cost by using less coffee beans. Sad.

I stop at this Dunkin often and I have never had a bad experience. The lines are always short and move quickly, orders filled quickly, staff is mostly young and enthusiastic. The only complaint is that the parking lot is kind of a pain to get in and out of. I usually pull in and reverse into a spot (when there's room) so it's easier to pull out on to the street.

This DD is slow and high traffic; near gas and bank, parking spots are very few and not in a good location. I go here when I passed by because this is the only DD that offers daily specials from 2 pm to 9 pm. There is no drive thru.

Stopped by to get two dozen donuts and two boxes of hot coffee for an office meeting. The staff was friendly and quick and I was out the door in minutes.
